My Cabin Crew Experience in ICATS:

First of all, I would like you to know that I never wanted to become a Flight Attendant ever! I always wanted to be a Clinical Psychologist someday. I love watching youtube videos about interventions and stuffs. But this two careers have two similarities. They both take good care of their customers/clients. I love working with diff. people. I love making friends, and I love knowing their lifestyle. I think I adapt it on my past career as a model. It taught me how to blend with diff. people. But it's not enough. I want something more challenging, that is why I decided to change my career's path. 😀

Soo.. i enrolled in ICATS (Internationa Cabin Attendant Training School). Their office is located at Tektite Towers, Ortigas. The training started Sept 6 and ended by November 7, 2016. The 30 days training is fun. I met alot of new and very sweet people. And i learned alot! Not just the life of a Cabin Crew, but also, they taught us to be more closer with God. I never enjoyed something so much before. But when I started training here, I felt so much joy. It made me love the Flight Attendant job! People thought that being a Cabin Crew is all about glamour, travelling, you have to be tall and have to be like a model or beauty queen. NO! Everyone can be a flight attendant, as long as you have the guts, and you are mentally, physically and emotionally ready for everything that will happen inside the aircraft. Ask yourself, are you really ready to save people's lives? To clean the toilets? To be scolded many times by rude passengers? If you are, then why not try? I cannot say, that I can do all this things. But I am ready to take this new challenges, thats why I'm pursuing this career.

Why do I want to become a Flight Attendant?
The very basic question you have to answer in every cabin crew interview. So simple yet so hard to answer. You just cannot say, as simple as because you want to travel the world for free! Or you want to know the culture of other people, that is so overused. You have to know whats really the reason from your heart! I want to become a flight attendant because I know this is where my interpersonal skills really belong. I am a people person, and I have worked with diff people with diff kinds of personalities during my past career. And I know I can use it as my stepping stone for this line of industry. I want to work with diff. People with different nationalities because For me life is all about taking chances. I am very enthusiastic about taking new challenges in life. And that is why I can see myself flying & working at 30,000 ft. Well, that is the real reason that I have found inside my heart. Not just because I want to travel. I can travel anytime I want. 😝

But remember: No matter how much we want to be a cabin crew, if this is not God's plan for us. Then its not for us. God's plans for us is always perfect. He will never let us down. He loves us, much more than we know. Right now, Im still trying my luck for this career. I really want to pursue this one. But who might know? Maybe this is for me, maybe not. Always expect the unexpected. And never ever lose faith to Him. He will never abandon us. He will always be with us, in all the journey of our life. Through ups and downs. God loves us, simply because we are His children. His love for us is greater than anything in this world. Always believe in Him.🙏🏻
